When it comes to exercises for good looking thighs, it is not all about trying to push as much weight as possible in order to get things looking seriously toned. Instead, there are various exercises that you can do even in the comfort of your own home that are able to help you tone those thighs without even having to exert too much energy.
1. Wall squats
These are easy to do and there is no need for you to have any specialist equipment. The key is that you are leaning with your back against the wall with your feet out away from the wall just slightly. All you are going to do is to slide down the wall into something resembling a seated position and then stand back using your thighs to push you up. If you want to make it harder, then hold weights in each hand to increase the power that is required to stand up again.
2. Regular squats
Some people prefer to do regular squats to wall squats simply because they feel that using the wall is a bit of a cheat as you can use it to help yourself a bit, but that is not always the case. However, with regular squats you are going to feet spread wide so they are basically in line with your shoulders then bend down until your knees are roughly at 90 degrees, hold, and then stand back up. Once again, you can add in some weights to increase the intensity.
