4. Aerobics

A lot of people probably thought that aerobics would be at the top of the list of the number of calories that can be burnt off with exercise. Zumba really did become a craze a number of years ago and even though that was down to the fun aspect, it is still an exercise that is going to help you to burn off a huge number of calories in a single session. Now, it does depend on how hard you are willing to work, but the figure is going to vary anywhere between 400 to 650 calories and the best part is the amount of fun that you are going to be having doing it in the first place.
